At our Free Introductory Session we invite you to test drive our services and discover what makes us different. During this session we will provide you with a tour of our facilities and a complete overview of our programs. We will also discuss your training background, interests and motivations and allow you to perform a number of supervised exercises on our unique Swiss engineered equipment.
