Uniform level of service

We continue to grow. To ensure that each and every customer receives an equally good service irrespective of where they train, we have introduced procedures to ensure a standard level of service. Implementation of this standard is then monitored by our internal quality control function.

Certification by TÜV, the German Technical Inspectorate

Kieser Training was the first health and fitness organisation in Germany to be awarded certification by the TÜV-Rheinland Group as being «suitable for strength training, suitable for back training and health-oriented».
