Steps to franchise ownership

When you make initial contact with us, we treat your enquiry seriously and respond by following the steps below. We understand that you need time to evaluate our franchise opportunity and our experience tells us that the time frames for your due diligence need to be sensibly set. Take your time to gather all the information you need to help make the right decision for your future.

  1. Your initial contact made via email, phone, letter or personal introduction.
  2. Complete online Franchise Expression of Interest form with absolutely no obligation.
  3. Initial follow up phone contact will be made by Kieser Training to acknowledge interest
    and to answer initial questions from both parties.
  4. If in Victoria, invitation extended to meet at South Melbourne flagship centre. If interstate,
    Information Pack posted – content depending on needs. Franchise territory areas discussed.
    You will be contacted within 14 days to determine continued interest.
  5. Franchise Application form and Confidentiality Agreement to be completed.
    You will be contacted within 14 days to accept progress to next step.
  6. Formal franchise interview. At end of interview, progress to the next step will be discussed.
    You commence preparation of your business plan and projections to template provided.
  7. Deposit of $10,000 requested, which is paid into Kieser Training solicitors Trust Account.
    This and any subsequent deposit funds are fully refundable at any time should you wish
    to withdraw from the franchise purchase process ( subject to the non refundable funds,
    cooling off and training costs as disclosed in the franchise interview ).
  8. Supply of Disclosure Document, draft Franchise Agreement, draft Premises Licence and
    Franchise Code by Franchisor. Follow up within 30 days to accept progress to next step.
  9. Your Due Diligence time to thoroughly investigate the franchise opportunity.
    You should study the legal and financial information provided. You and your accountant should
    assess the opportunity in relation to your own personal circumstances and financial position
    and structure. We will provide copies of certificates required from your accountant,
    solicitor and business advisor to confirm you have had advice in this area.
  10. Franchisor response to queries by advisors ( Solicitor, Accountant, Business Advisor ).
  11. Franchise interview to discuss further issues and agreement to proceed or otherwise.
    Centre location, design layout and machine numbers discussed.
  12. Upon approval of your application, a Letter of Offer to Franchise will be provided to you.
  13. Start date and settlement date confirmed. preparation of Franchise Agreement.
    Training Agreement and Training Schedule agreed and signed.
  14. After successful completion of training, settlement and signing of franchise documents.
  15. Centre opening date confirmed, pre launch marketing campaign organised – ready to start!
